And we think the best cup you'll ever have shouldn't come from a multinational. It should come from someone down the road who's been roasting since before it was cool.
Why we exist
WA has some of the best independent coffee businesses in the country. Small operations, obsessive about their craft, turning out beans that would make a Melbourne barista weep. The problem? Most of them are invisible to the thousands of people walking past a shopping centre every single day.
We built The Local Bean to fix that. We put vending machines in high-traffic locations across metro and regional WA — stocked exclusively with beans from local WA coffee businesses. No big brands. No compromise. Just great local coffee, right where the people are.
